Interior and facade design begins with the preparation of a design project - a set of documents describing the functional and design solutions; they contain space drawings and detailed descriptions of all planned facility including interior materials and layout communications. Design project describes the technical tasks with customer requirements and wishes.

Initially the measurements are taken which are then developed into architectural drawing. At this stage, the designer offers its customers several options for planning the distribution of functional zones and arrangement of furniture. Since 3D-modeling is a labor-intensive process, the detailed three-dimensional models are developed only after consultation with the customer.

After that the electrical wires and electronics placement map is developed (lighting, electric heating, etc.); if necessary the drawing is changed. At this stage the plan for ceilings and flooring, bathroom placement is made. The information about finish and ordered the materials and pieces of furniture and décor is gathered from client.

The next step is the implementation of the planned activities. At this stage designer supervises the work of finishing construction teams, providing customers with the required construction documents.

The cost is calculated on all built area 'under roof' including balconies, covered porches, garages, etc.

If the customer after receipt visualization’s wants to change the design style of the room, decor or decorating detail, will be charged an additional fee of 25% of the amount for the room.
